Successful schools are constantly seeking ways to make learning more effective and engaging for all students. However, funding for new projects or needed resources is not always available. Currently, The Tiger Legacy Foundation Board is working with the Lewis & Clark High School faculty and administration to clarify our process for implementing and/or supporting innovative methods and projects within the school.
We also realize that it is not enough to simply give money for demonstration projects. We believe that from the very beginning plans should be made for the scaling-up of teaching innovations that prove to be successful.
