The Tiger Legacy Foundation is excited to be hosting its second annual golf tournament at the MeadowWood Golf Course in Liberty Lake, WA. (It's a beautiful course with wide fairways. Low scores for experienced golfers, and very forgiving for newer golfers. )
Please complete the form below and we will contact you to confirm the details of your registration. On the form you can let us know if you are registering as a foursome, threesome, couple or individual. The basic registration fee covers your green fees, golf cart , free range practice balls and a luncheon buffet. You can also let us know if you want to purchase any of the "special packages" that we offer. Be sure to hit the Submit Entry Form button at the bottom of the form. Once we receive your form we will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm your registration and send you an invoice via email to make your payment by check or credit/debit card.
Note: Special Packages may be purchased along with your registration, or at the golf course on the day of the tournament.

These "Special Packages" can be pre-ordered with your registration, or can be purchased on the day of the tournament.
GOLD Package : Four raffle tickets, two Mulligans, one Grenade, and one red tee.
SILVER Package: Two raffle tickets, two Mulligans, one Grenade, and one red tee.
BRONZE Package: One raffle ticket, two Mulligans, one Grenade, and one red tee.
Mulligan: Redo 1 shot (not for use on the green)
Grenade: Throw or roll one shot (not for use on the green)
Red Tee: Hit from the red tee on the first tee shot (not for use on the hole-in-one or longest drive holes.)
